Perfect for Family of 15!

Date of Stay: Jul 1, 2017

Our family of 15 (10 adults, two 11-year-olds, and 3 pre-schoolers) had a great week at Dog Dayz! The main-floor bedroom was perfect for us, the grandparents. The huge kitchen allowed for several of us to be involved in food prep, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit at mealtime. 2 laundry areas were perfect for evening washing of beach towels and kid clothes. Our whole family loved the outdoor space. The brick patio was huge, and we spent a lot of time out there. The kids absolutely loved the pool! They swam whenever they weren't at the beach. In fact, our 5-year-old granddaughter learned to swim over the week. She was so excited! Our adult sons loved the ping-pong table and had some friendly competition going on. The wood fence around the patio provided a beautiful backdrop for the family pictures we always make on our beach trips, and the wooden bench was a great feature for sitting and for picture-taking. We did not bring a pet, but the fenced area on the side of the home was a great space for safely storing the 8 bikes we brought with us. Several of us biked up to Thomas Donuts in Laguna Beach a few mornings. My husband loved not having to keep up with house keys, and all of the adults could unlock the door with our personal code. Since I am the one who chooses the home and communicates with the owner, I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of Clarissa. She responded almost immediately every time I asked a question, and I asked several! We feel very fortunate to have rented a vacation home from someone who always seemed to be interested in assuring that we had a great experience!  Others transported their bikes to Gayle's Trails in Conservation Park or Frank Brown Park, both which are conveniently located to Dog Dayz. Even our 4-year-old grandson could ride his small bike safely on the trails. One of our favorite things about this house was it's easy access to the beach. The walk took about 2 minutes or less. It was close to Beach Access 89 and 90. 90 has a designated crosswalk across Front Beach Road, and the boardwalk down to the beach has fewer steps, so it is easier for older folks, wagons, etc. Just be sure to ask your beach service to set up your chairs near 90 if you plan to use that one. The house is located close to Publix and Winn Dixie, and we discovered a well-stocked Dollar Store just a short distance away at the end of Kelly Drive on Back Beach Road.

Perfect for large family

Date of Stay: Jun 28, 2017

We had 9 adults and 10 children stay for a week in this beautiful home. All of the beds had very comfortable mattresses with extra blankets and pillows to accommodate everyone. There were multiple spaces to gather together for meals, tv time or outside around the pool. The pool was small but our young children enjoyed it. This house has been well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils to make staying in for a meal a breeze. The grocery store is only a mile away! We very much appreciated the assortment of games and books which kept us entertained on the rainy days. Great location away from the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful white sand beach in a residential area. It was a wonderful trip! Tip: make sure both ice makers in the downstairs freezer are turned on. There is one in the door and one in the drawer.

Exceptional House

Date of Stay: Jun 19, 2017

My family just got back from vacation staying at this property and everything was exceptional. The house was huge and beautiful with excellent amenities. We had 11 adults and 2 children and also brought our dogs along and everyone had plenty of room and a great time. The house was within a couple minutes drive of two grocery stores and was about 8 minutes drive from downtown Rosemary Beach. We actually really loved staying a little bit out of the main hub of the city because parking was never an issue, the beach wasn't crowded, and it was only about 25 minutes to the Panama City Airport (which was quite helpful when making 4 runs to the airport during the course of the week). There was an outdoor shower that actually got warm water which was great for washing off after the beach, the gates were secure so I felt comfortable leaving my dogs there, it has not one but two washer and dryers, it had quick and easy access to the beach, and plenty of beach towels for use. Having an additional living area on the third floor really worked well when the 1.5 yr old had to take her naps and go to bed early as we stayed up downstairs playing board games (the house actually had quite the selection of games). We already were discussing coming back next summer and how we hope it works to stay at this house again or even get a larger group and rent both this house and its sister property next door that had the option to open into the same backyard. Highly recommend.

The pictures of the house do not do it justice, it's beautiful

Date of Stay: Jun 6, 2017

Mrs Clarissa (owner) was always reachable, anytime no matter what she made herself available. The house was absolutely beautiful, you could tell it was very well kept and no expense was spared when furnishing it. Everything was very spacious for our large group of 19. There was also easy access to the beach using the back gate. And the laundry rooms on floor 1 and floor 2 were such a necessity with such a large group. The small problem that arose was an ant problem outside by the pool from someone previously leaving food out by the grill area, but she did send someone out to spray it just was an ongoing issue that will need more attention. Other than that everything was perfect, I'd highly recommend the place to anyone and am considering renting both houses for a family trip. The gates by the pool areas open up and would create a big open space for everyone to hang out outside! Thanks for everything.

Great Family Space

Date of Stay: May 31, 2017

We had 5 families with small children and the space was more than adequate. The open kitchen/dining/living room is feels even bigger in person than the pictures show. The highlight for our group was having the nice patio with pool right off the front door. The sand is less than a 2-minute walk away. The only minor drawback is that large-sized pots and pans are limited so you may want to bring a spare if you are cooking for a large family/group. We highly recommend and look forward to staying here again sometime.

Perfect pet-friendly beach house

Date of Stay: Nov 6, 2016

The house is very spacious and conveniently located close to beach pier 89. There are 2 fenced-in dog areas along each side of the house, along with a pool, barbeque grilling station and dining area located in the back. There are 3 floors with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, sitting areas, and balconies on each floor!! There is even an entertainment room on the top floor. What makes this beach house great is the design and effort put in to make it modern, unique, and comfortable!

Perfect!

Date of Stay: Oct 6, 2016

These properties were perfect for our wedding reception, but frankly, they would be pefect for any form of entertainment, family vacation, or just a getaway. It housed our friends and family(40) for four days and nights. No expense was spared for decor, amenities, or convenience. We forgot beach chairs, they had them, we wanted a shade tent, it was there, we were worried about water pressure with five bathrooms, there was no loss or temperature fluctuation. The beach is less than a football field away, and shopping, grocery, and convenient stores are within 5 minutes. Clarissa and Jason answered any questions or concerns we had leading up to, and during our visit. They happened to be out of country when we were there, but had someone available for any possible issues. Enough cannot be said about these properties, first class owners and properties all around! More importantly than our opinion, all of our guests felt the same! Book it, don't look anywhere else!

Fabulous, upscale property with amenities galore!

Date of Stay: Aug 19, 2016

First off - I never write reviews but this home deserves it! My family and I just returned from a week vacation (family reunion) at Dog Dayz. We had a spectacular time and many commented that this was the "best vacation ever"! The owners, Clarissa and Jason, provide an exceptional vacation experience with acute attention to every detail. They are also very responsive to emails and phone calls. The furnishings and décor at Dog Dayz are modern, exclusive and functional. From the exquisite woodwork to the beach accessories (chairs, mobile cart to carry chairs to beach, towels, etc), you can tell these folks don't want you to have to bring anything to have a wonderful beach vacation! Eight adults stayed at the property and we had plenty of space to be together or to be alone when we desired! We enjoyed the table tennis and the outdoor pool every day! The location is perfect - not near the crowds but near the best part of the beach (white sand and clear blue waves)! Thanks Jason and Clarissa for a memorable vacation! We will be back!

One of the nicest places we have ever rented

Date of Stay: Aug 12, 2016

We rented in August 2016 for our family PCB vacation. WOW. The property was as described and then some, decorated beautifully and very clean. The owners are very responsive and provided a high level of customer service. Whenever we had a question, they responded. The instructions and information left for the renters was great and came in very handy. The house is not far from local attractions, grocery store just up the road, and the beach is just a short walk away. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are incredible, each with its own touch of elegance. The top floor was the retreat for the girls in our group, and they loved having their own space. The queen bunks on the second floor worked out perfectly for the boys. The adults took each of the king bedrooms! The ability to do laundry on multiple floors was awesome. We had 12 in our party and there was plenty of house to go around. We enjoyed the pool and even had all 12 of us in there once to cool off and relax. The ping pong table was a huge hit! None of us brought our pets along but the pet yards they have on the side of the house are very cool, and clean. If you find availability for your dates, book it, you will not regret it!

We really enjoyed our stay at your spacious and comfortable house. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and have private time. It is close to attractions and stores. All around great time was had by all. We had 13 people, Mom, Dad, 5 adult children and son in law, and 5 grandchildren (age 4 - 14) and everyone had a blast. We had a birthday party while at the beach. The dog run was wonderful to have for dog baby. A few things needed, muffin tin, and a large pitcher would have been nice.

My family stayed here for our vacation and I must say it was a perfect place to stay. The house was amazing, there was plenty of room for everyone. The layout of the house was great, we all had plenty of space and never felt like we were on top of each other. The outdoor space was amazing. We enjoyed the pool, and the ping pong table was a hit. We spent the majority of time that we were there at the beach, and it was a very easy walk to get there. The owners of the property were fantastic and answered any questions we had very quickly. I definitely recommend anyone with a large group to stay at this house. Thanks again to the owners for their great hospitality. Mark

Spectacular New Home - Memorable Trip!

Date of Stay: Jun 10, 2016

If you are looking for a place to stay that has large, spacious rooms, decks on every floor, beautiful decour, high-end amenities, access to the beach, scenic views, and much more, then this is the vacation home for you. It totally exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a place that could accommodate 18 of us for our swim team training trip. This ended up being the perfect home for our group. There was so much functional space for all of us, from hanging out on the third floor watching training videos together, group meals in the spacious kitchen, Yoga on the patio, to the adults enjoying beverages on the deck, it was large enough for all of us to fit comfortably together, yet the layout was intimate enough to give us space to spend some quiet time alone if we needed it. It is evident that the home was designed with comfort, luxury and functionality in mind. The owners seem to have thought of the littlest details to make it special. They were great to deal with and were extremely attentive and accommodating to all of our questions and requests. Thanks to their thoughtfulness, we had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend this home for large families or groups. Excellent team trip had by all, memories to last a lifetime! Can't wait to visit again!

Located a place last minute to just get away. Weather turned out to be fine, but location was perfect (rain or shine). There was a lot of thought put into this house with functionality in mind. Lots of different usable space that was accommodating for our group. Top floor wet bar was my favorite. Didn't have to lug glasses downstairs to be washed. This is a great house and I highly recommend it. I will certainly be coming back.

Absolutely perfect house and amazing owners.

My entire family of 19 people just stayed at this house and there were literally ZERO complaints about this house! The house was incredibly spacious - enough room so that everyone could have their own space without being cramped. The house is also gorgeous and clean and in a perfect location. Getting to the beach was simple and took literally 30 seconds! The owners were also SO nice and responsive. We had a clogged toilet and someone was at the house to repair it almost immediately. Our experience could not have been better. We will book this house again!

The kitchen was equipped with all of the pots and gadgets that you need to feed a larger group, which was a plus. It was very clean and met all of our needs. We would definitely stay there again. The only thing downside was the weather (Cindy) but we were able to stay in and play the games that were in the house.

Practically Perfect!

Date of Stay: Jun 12, 2017

This was our bi-annual vacation where we take our entire family on vacation. There were 20 of us (9 kids, 11 adults) and there was room room and more room for all of us. The home is beautiful!! I mean so much that several of us were taking away decorating ideas. The location was great for us, being right across the street to the beach and access walks practically in front of the house. Second and third decks offered awesome views and a lovely breeze. We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with Pina Coloda's. The pool is rather small, but the smaller kids enjoyed it a lot - and it made it easy to watch them. Loved that there was a door alarm going into the pool area from the house. There was definitely a learning curve for some to push the silence button, but the littles couldn't reach that high so it helped to insure they didn't go out alone. We truly appreciated how well stocked the kitchens were and that we didn't have to bring our own linens like may houses we have rented in the past. Clarissa was quick to answer any questions we had. Gorgeous home, friendly, attentive owners, beautiful beaches .... Practically Perfect in every way!

We had a large group of 14 adults and 6 young children. This beautiful home had more than enough room for everyone to settle for the week and be comfortable. We loved the big living room and kitchen area. It was a perfect place to gather. The pool area was great for an evening barbecue. Clarissa was quick to respond to any questions we had and was fabulous to work with. This was our first trip to Laguna and we were so pleased with the beach and surrounding areas. It's peaceful and not too crowded but you are only minutes from stores and restaurants. Thomas's donuts and ice cream did not disappoint! You will love this place!

The owners were very hospitable and left contact numbers and texts in case we needed anything....we did not need a thing. It was an amazing stay in a gorgeous home.

Amazing home in a perfect location so close to the beach!

Date of Stay: Mar 10, 2017

While the owner wasn't initially keen on allowing a college aged group reserve the home, she did provide us with an extra strict rental agreement and made sure that we understood that this was a property and a neighborhood that was worthy of respect and that she would not tolerate anything less. We agreed that we would be on our best behavior because there was no other property we wanted to stay in more than this one! She reluctantly agreed after we met the added conditions set forth. I can't say enough about how amazing this house is! Clarissa was right about it being in a residential area so if you are a party group looking to be near bars and have the crowds and party right outside your door, this is not the place for you. If you want a beautiful and huge home super close to the beach with a pool and killer backyard, then this IS the house you want to stay at. Hopefully, no other spring break groups ruin it for us because we would love to come back again next year!

Double Down was an awesome house for our beach vacation! We had 8 adults and 11 kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each couple had a room, the kids enjoyed the bunk rooms, and we had room to spare. It didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other. The common areas are nice and large. Both kitchens were well stocked, with everything we needed. The outdoor shower with warm water was greatly appreciated, especially with all the kids! The best features of this house are: 1. Proximity to the beach. It’s right across the street. This strip of beach is perfect too, with white sand and low dunes. 2. The top deck, where you can watch the sun set on the water. We also saw dolphins several times while lounging on the deck—that’s how close to the water it is. 3. The decor and style of the house is wonderful…no expense was spared to make this a truly comfortable and stylish place to relax. 4. Clarissa was incredibly helpful, answering our questions and helping us with suggestions about the area. Renting this house was more like an Airbnb experience in that way. One family in our party actually left an iPad in the house and didn’t realize it was missing until Clarissa called. She really went out of her way to take care of us. Everything we needed was close by, from groceries to restaurants to sailboat rentals. I noticed one of the other reviews mentioned some construction noise…we didn’t hear a thing. We enjoyed a dream vacation and will definitely return again!

AMAZING house & WONDERFUL customer service from the Owner

Date of Stay: Aug 31, 2016

Clarissa was wonderful to work with, responded to questions quickly and even helped me navigate some vrbo customer service issues. I would highly recommend renting either of her houses based on her customer service alone but her house is also beautiful and definitely worth renting again. We rented this house for a group of Newlyweds from church for a long Labor Day weekend trip. Here are some quotes from people who stayed at Double Down: The house was easy to find, clean and welcoming when we got there. Great view and easy beach access. Great combination of privacy with the bedrooms tucked away and open common areas. Awesome collection of games. Nice TVs in every room. - John Exactly what we were looking for! We had the ability and space to have fun and interact with other guests on the trip and, with floor plan of the house, also allowed us to getaway and have intentional time with our spouses when we wanted to. Amazing amenities and location. I have already recommended this house to others. - Isaac The house was amazing! We loved the decor and the comfortable feel of the place. It really made the time feel like a vacation and a place easy to relax. We loved the quick access to the beach we would definitely recommend it to friends and want to come back again. - Deb The house was beautiful and had every amenity we could possibly need-- plus it was both elegant and kid-friendly. The beach was easily accessible, well maintained, and not too busy. Also, shopping, groceries, and restaurants were all close by. Thank you for a dream vacation!

Awesome vacation rental!!

We just loved Double Down. It is huge and beautiful. We had 15 adults and 14 children. There was a room for every adult married couple and the bunk bed rooms were perfect for the children. Cousins who don't see each other often made some lasting memories. The access to the white sand beach and sparkling clear ocean was right across the street. It was a perfect background for our family pictures. Dreams came true as we went deep sea fishing, rode horses on the beach, swam with the dolphins, collected lots of sea shells, rode the waves, and had a wonderful house to come to for relaxing and making more memories. Every member felt it was a successful and fun time, and I am sure it had a lot to do with all the room the home provided. We were able to all be together in one room or, if needed a little quiet time, we could go to our own private room. Everyone commented on how the outside noise could not be heard inside and the only noise heard between floors was the pattering of feet on the stairs. Clarissa was a gracious host and quick to respond to all of our inquiries. We greatly appreciate that this home was available and within our budget. This is a memory that will be talked about for many years to come.

Hard not to like this place. :)

Date of Stay: Jul 22, 2016

We looked for a place that could accommodate our large family that had beach access, pool, enough separation where we weren't on top of one another and.we found it. :). Not to mention the house is new and has all the amenities of home. We will be keeping this house on our list for the future and I highly recommend this to any large family. If there is anything that I would say is negative was the construction going on next door. They started early and a little loud out by the pool. Sometimes that happens.....other than that it was AWESOME!

My Response...

Thank you for the review, and for letting us know that they have finally begun work on the property next door. We have eagerly anticipated that, not because of the construction aspect of course :-) but because they are going to be making it into a wonderful new addition to our neighborhood! Having spoken with the owner many times over the past year, his intentions are to offer paddleboard, beach chair and bicycle rentals as well as have a small gallery (his wife is an artist) and a coffee/espresso shop. I am very excited to see what the final plans end up being since that building has been vacant for so long. We hadn't been down there since the season picked up back in May so I was unaware of their progress. Sorry for the noise by the pool but on the bright side, its definitely progress! Steve, thank you again and I look forward to having your family back to stay again (post construction!) :-)

Beautiful Beach Home

Date of Stay: Jul 1, 2016

We saw the construction photos in December 2015 and took a chance on the Double Down for our July 2016 Family Vacation. We are extremely glad we did. The ocean views are gorgeous. Even when you are inside the large second floor kitchen/living/dining area, you know that you are at the beach thanks to an expansive wall of windows. The balconies provide great living space and were wonderful for watching 4th of July fireworks. The backyard pool is modest sized, but the kids enjoyed it. There were often 6 or 7 of them in the pool at one time, and they didn't have a problem making it work. The outdoor shower was very helpful, and our grill master Jim was thrilled with the green, egg-shaped grill. The beach was just across the road, the sand was soft and sugary, and the water was that lovely green-blue color. We experienced a little seaweed during our visit, but it is the ocean. This stretch of beach is also pleasant because it is not overly crowded. We set-up our umbrellas and chairs in the same spot each day. The house does have some beach towels and a few beach chairs, but if you are driving, I would recommend bringing some of your own, especially if you have a large group. Otherwise, the Publix, Winn Dixie and dollar stores are within a couple of miles of the house, and they each carry these sorts of items. Our group included infants, toddlers, children, tweens, teenagers, adults, and Grandpa NoNo, who is 83. Grandpa NoNo said Yes! Yes! to this beautiful beach house. He was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was, as were the rest of us. We had four different family units, so the two kitchens and nine bedrooms were perfect. Everyone commented on how comfortable the mattresses were. The kids particularly enjoyed the foosball table and other games in the third floor living room. Clarissa was always timely and pleasant in her communications regarding the property. She has created a well-designed and beautifully appointed vacation home. Our family highly recommends this large, comfortable beach house.

An Amazing House!!

Date of Stay: Jun 24, 2016

We absolutely loved this new, clean, beautifully decorated house. It has so much space and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved that the ocean is right there and is easy to get to. Having two kitchens made it so easy to be able to cook and prepare food and there were so many places for people to eat as well. Each level has it's own balcony with a beautiful view and plenty of places for people to sit and enjoy the awesome view. We really appreciated that the entry to the pool had an alarm to help us feel safe since we had little children. The owners of the house were very personable and helpful if we had any questions or concerns about anything. If we texted, called or e-mailed them, they were very very quick to respond which was very reassuring to us. The house is very well stocked with everything anyone would need. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, kitchen items, and bedding items. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Panama City, Florida.

House is beautiful but more than that, so comfortable for a group of 20! We ate together, visited and played games on the balcony and then could go to our separate spaces! Wonderful. Everyone loved the beach and it was easy to reach-just across the street. For us old folk it was such a treat to sit on the upstairs balcony and see the water and people watch all day! Thanks so much to the owners for all their help. We will be back!

Perfect Florida vacation!

Date of Stay: Jun 10, 2016

We stayed in this lovely beach home with three other families (23 people altogether with kids ranging in age from 1 to 19 years old). There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and eat and other gathering spaces, like the multiple balconies/porch areas, play room upstairs, and the pool deck out back. The house was beautifully decorated and the furnishings were all brand new. The beach was less than a minute's walk away and right across the street! You can see the Gulf from the second story balcony, which is great for early morning coffee. The beds were extremely comfortable and I think at least a few had memory foam mattresses. Both kitchens were exceptionally well furnished--more so than many other places we have stayed in the same area. We planned a low country boil for all the families where we boiled shrimp and cooked other seafood, and we had plenty of pots and pans to go around! The pool was pretty small, especially considering that we came with 11 children to entertain. It was really more the size of a hot tub, but we still enjoyed our time on the deck and the outdoor kitchen has plenty of useful amenities. The Hollywood-Laguna Beach part of town is notable for being family-friendly and away from the Spring Break craziness that sometimes takes over Panama City Beach. Pier Park is about a 10 minute drive east on Back Beach Drive (or Hwy 98) and there are several restaurants/cafes within driving distance. Highway 30A is also about a ten minute drive and is a great spot for families or couples. Staying here without a car might prove difficult, as there isn't much within a reasonable walking distance. During our stay at nighttime, the AC and power went out on part of the third floor. After trouble-shooting several options with us on the phone, Clarissa and Jason (the property owners) had an electrician come out the following morning. The problem was resolved quickly and professionally and resulted one of the families having to sleep in the Florida summer heat for a night, but I suppose that couldn't be helped. One of the coffeepots on the bottom floor was cracked and could not be used, but that did not bother us much. None of these things would deter me from rating this property as a 5 out of 5, as the owners were exceptionally communicative throughout the booking process and were happy to help in any way possible. We would definitely stay again and have recommended the place to our friends and family!

My Response...

Christina, thank you very much for taking the time to submit your review. We always appreciate any feedback and detailed reviews help other guests know more about the property and the owners/managers they will be dealing with when booking and of course we love to know what you enjoyed and appreciated so we know what we are doing right and what we could be doing better. We are so glad that you guys truly enjoyed the amenities as we put a lot of thought into all of those things you mentioned. As for the location, the proximity to the beach and the quietness of that beach and surrounding area are definitely the primary reasons for our choosing to build here. The Sunnyside Grill up the street for breakfast and lunch and the resort bar across from there are the two closest restaurant/bars and the Publix shopping center with its various dining/shopping options a mile west are the "hotspots" :-) but beyond those, you will be best served having a vehicle to get around. Thankfully we have plenty of parking available! We are so sorry that you guys had to deal with an electrical issue during one of your nights. :-( Things are bound to happen at times but it is never fun to deal with on your vacation so we do try to be as easily reachable as possible and certainly appreciate your excellent communication in helping us try to work through it until we could get the service company out the next morning. While the A/C was up and running again later that same night, I have no doubt it got uncomfortably warm for a few hours and you guys were good sports making the best of it! We would love for you guys to come back and stay again and we have already replaced that 3rd coffee maker so there will be plenty of java flowing to help you keep up with those little ones! Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you all again on your next visit to PCB!

Wonderful!

Date of Stay: May 27, 2016

My husband and I took our four kids, their spouses, and our 13 grandchildren for a total of 23 people and had plenty of room in the house. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and there was plenty of space for us to eat together and watch TV or play games together. Both kitchens were well furnished which we appreciated because we cook a lot of our meals together. One day the pool had a problem and it was fixed within a few hours of reporting it.The house is beautiful and I hope it stays as nice over the years because we would love to come back. We really loved the short walk to the beach. We have stayed at other places west of Panama City and had forty something stairs to get down to the beach. With our old knees, young babies and toddlers, and many boats and floats, we loved only having one step down from the walkway to the sand. The week we went I think the water was clearer than I have ever seen it in 60 years and the weather was perfect. With the lovely house and perfect weather, we couldn't have asked for a better week with our family.

My Response...

Thank you so much, Sharon. It was a pleasure having you stay and you did pick a fantastic week to be there! We are so glad our house was a great fit for your family and we certainly look forward to having you come back and stay again in the future!

Beautiful!

You won't find a nicer, more spacious and relaxing space on the beach. Every nook and cranny is the essence of cleanliness, style and comfort. Take a few short steps to the beach or just stay in house and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and panoramic views of the water from the upper level decks. My family, as well as two other families had a wonderful stay and would go back tomorrow if we could. In fact, our 4 year old son said he never wanted to leave. You wont be disappointed here.

The Beach house is gorgeous with 3 floors and 2 balconies with the ideal you'll be comfortable and able be to relax. It's able to accommodate a lot of people with luxury. I was able to enjoy the beach every morning with my coffee and a large glass of wine at sunset. I had a large queen comfortable bed with my own (large)bathroom. There's a restaurant in walking walking distance. There are other GREAT local restaurants, shopping in driving distance. It's clean , it's comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves so much! And the customer service was awesome! The Double Down.....WE WILL RETURN!

Sunsets Couldn't Get Any Better!

Date of Stay: Feb 24, 2016

This is not just any house it is an upscale, luxurious house/mansion that will make you feel so comfortable and relaxed that you will never want to leave. The house layout and floor plan is great for large groups like ours or small groups that want some extra space. Each bedroom features its own bathroom, which was very important to us, there are two full kitchens, 2 large balconies (perfect for watching the sunset every night) and a great courtyard with a grill and a pool. The house is located across the street from the beach so you have awesome views of the water. We even spotted dolphins! There is a great breakfast/lunch diner less than a 5 minute walk from the house. We ate breakfast there several days but do keep in mind they only take cash. The house is a very short drive to some other great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We were very happy with our stay, with the great customer service, with the cleanliness of the house and most of all the location was perfect. WE WILL BE BACK SOON!

The good life.

Date of Stay: Feb 24, 2016

It's a very beautiful and tranquil location offering a choice of a quiet relaxing holiday as well as accessibility to an exciting night life. There is an excellent variety of restaurants and pubs that accommodates the beach loving young and old alike. I would recommend the need of a vehicle or accessibility to transportation if you wished to shop for groceries or antiques and souvenirs. There is a diner within a short walk for either breakfast or lunch which proved to very good and inexpensive. All in all, I would highly recommend to my friends and acquaintances.

Trial stay at new beach house

Date of Stay: Feb 24, 2016

Our group was the first to try out the new house and while not all of the decorations were up and the outdoor kitchen had yet to be completed (it was too chilly outside to have used it anyway!) the house was beautiful, super comfortable for our large group, and all of us truly enjoyed the ability to be together in the same place but still have plenty of space to spread out and seek privacy when we wanted to. The beach access could not be any closer or easier unless we paid a lot more to be directly on the beach! We are definitely going to be booking this property again for our group trips to FL!

Dear Gaunt Family,
Thank you for the 5-star review despite the house still needing to finish out a few of the amenities! I truly appreciate your groups willingness to provide such useful feedback (and the compliments were very much appreciated too!) and help us make improvements for future guests. I hope you will plan another trip down to stay with us again in the future so that you can take full advantage of everything we have to offer!
