Get the best of all worlds in this stretch of beach that is quickly becoming the area's best kept secret! Luxury amenities, thoughtful design, unique furnishings and décor and top notch service make this high end property one of the best in the area. Of the 6 bedrooms, 4 offer King beds and 3 are master suites (1st and 2nd floors).The 4th king room shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with an adjoining custom built queen over queen plus trundle room. First floor entry doors, king bedroom and full bath are wheelchair friendly. All of the bunk rooms offer queen over queen high-clearance, adult-sized beds which are comfortable for guests of all ages and sizes. The top floor bedroom is oversized, offering 4 beds which sleep up to 8 adults/kids. This room is connected to a full bathroom with dual vanity and a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also opens up into the Recreation area and wet bar. With water views of the Gulf just 300 feet away from nearly every 2nd and 3rd floor window, this amazingly designed beach house sleeps up to 21 in beds. This is truly a distinctive beach home designed for distinguishing guests who are looking for a memorable beach experience where family traditions are experienced and made each year.

We didn’t forget about the fur babies!! There is a private fenced in yard and even a special area for your furry kids to play and hang out safely and comfortably, complete with outdoor shower and dog wash to clean them up from their romp at the beach! Covered outdoor kitchen offers grill, sink and covered dining area overlooking the in-ground pool. We have a very spacious back yard with chaise lounges for sunning and plenty of room for games or playtime. Show your competitive side on the outdoor ping pong table or corn hole boards! There is no shortage of indoor or outdoor living spaces designed with your relaxation and entertainment in mind.

Co-Owners of Lazy Zone Vacations of Panama City Beach, we set out to design and build the perfect vacation homes for friends and family traveling and vacationing together in one space. Northeast meets Northwest and somehow end up in the South! We currently call GA home but are hoping to migrate sooner rather than later, work and lifestyle permitting. Both of us currently travel for work so our hope is to someday spend a bit more leisure time enjoying the PCB/30A area when we do have down time. In the meantime, we want to share the fruits of our labor with you in hopes that you will enjoy what we have lovingly designed as beautiful and functional vacation rental properties. Having spent so many years traveling for a living as well as for fun, we wanted to design properties that made sense and maximized the functional space. So many properties are built like regular houses without attention to detail when it comes to what people really use and need in their weekly vacation rental. I think you will agree that our effort to make these houses some of the most spectacular properties in the PCB area will pay off and you, the guests, will get to enjoy them as much as we do!

Please review rental agreement and contact owner with any questions. A welcome email will be sent prior to arrival with important information about house rules and useful information such as trash pick up, wifi code, pool alarm bypass, etc. That email will be sent to your personal email provided and a cell number for the primary contact at the property will be requested. If you do not receive that email or the access code by the day before your arrival date, please contact owner ASAP so that it can be resent. Because of the $1000 penalty for smoking in the house, we are charging a $1000 damage deposit that is fully refundable upon checkout assuming no additional cleaning required or damage to the property. Pet fee of $250 will be applied to all reservations at this property unless your reservation request specifically states that NO pets will be staying. Service animals must be disclosed at the time of the reservation request. Non-disclosure of any animals on the property are subject to all fees as well as loss of damage deposit. Please advise owner at time of reservation request if there will be pets joining you for your stay so the price quoted will be accurate . A Pet Waiver will be included with all reservation requests and along with the rental agreement, must be acknowledged and accepted in order to reserve the property and proceed with payment. $59 insurance is also required and may be increased based on size/age of group renting. Check in/out times are strictly enforced when reservations are back to back. Late check out on turn days are subject to 100% loss of deposit.
